One great way to cool down and de-stress at the end of the day is to indulge in a warm, fragrant bath. Quietly play the soothing music of your choice. Light scented candles and place them at the edge of the tub, along with a basket of lightly scented floral potpourri. Fill the tub with warm water. Add fresh, fragrant flower petals; in summer, we recommend rose petals, jasmine, lavender or lotus.
