Squats: Besides strengthening your glutes, squats work your hamstrings, quads and hips too. They also improve your balance and coordination, and contribute to your bone density. Lunges: This simple exercise is a great way of working out core muscles, strengthening leg muscles, improving flexibility, and most importantly, toning and shaping the butt. Get the right form of doing lunges to shape your glutes.

Sun Salutation, Or Surya Namaskar: It is without a doubt a full-body exercise, but sun salutations are also an excellent way to tighten that booty by engaging your core. This asana is a cyclical transition of yoga postures, and is a great way to even out your body proportions, particularly your waist-to-hip ratio.
