Channing-Tatum's-XXL-Fitness-&-Diet

The new Magic Mike XXL trailer is here, and sure enough, it makes you want to get in there and feel Channing Tatum’s abs.

The only thing missing in this super-sized film, is that it probably should have been in 3D.

What’s the fuss about the Magic Mike sequel? Check it out for yourself:

Channing Tatum’s rock-hard abs were a result of two things—intense training, and even more intense dance routines. Dancing comes easily to the actor, but for the film he took it up several notches. He had two dance sessions—one all on his own, and one with the whole group.

The actor told People magazine, to get the ripped body he trained for three hours every day. Tatum warms up by running 10 minutes on the treadmill, which let’s face it, is hardcore cardio for us mortals. He puts in an unbelievable amount of time, and often works out with his New York trainer, William J Harris, who gets him screen-ready with circuit training.

And when he’s not pumping it up for a movie, Tatum’s trainer has him doing a circuit workout of four exercises for 30 minutes.

While the actor claims to love food, pizza and beer like the rest of us, he’s been practicing extreme restraint with his diet. Now Channing feasts on lean chicken, dairy products, fruits and vegetables. He is off carbs, and is going all out with a gluten-free diet.

Magic Mike XXL is all about thrusts, moves, seduction and perfectly chiseled bodies. You could go the Channing Tatum way, or take cue from these celebrity dancers with envious bodies.
