Exercises-for-men-for-better-sex-life

So it’s like this. Exercise and sex, when put together, draw a parallel that is just plain blatant. However you want to look at it—loss of breath, increased heart rate, you’re hot and sweaty, or the fact that the right music elevates the whole experience; you find yourself in positions that, let’s be honest, are downright painful, and when you’re done, you make a dash for something to wipe you down and grab a tall glass of a cool drink to replenish those lost fluids—there’s simply no escaping this analogy.

The truth is, despite the obvious puns, innuendos and double entendres, exercise and sex are closely linked—often with quite a gratifying release at the end. And if you’ve had the pleasure of experiencing such a release, you’ll have experienced what studies now term as ‘coregasms’.

Look it up; there’s even a book on it! Yes, you read that right. Coregasm (the book), is filled with pointers, tips, and what-not on ways to improve your workouts through orgasm and, in turn, your sex life, through exercise.

By now, we’re sure to have your mind running, making you question your workout routine and the subsequent coregasm, or lack thereof. Or perhaps, your curiosity has gotten the better of you, and you’re about to look up ‘Ways to achieve a coregasm’ on Google.

Let us save you the trouble and explain. A coregasm is achieved through a series of cardio workouts, particularly ones that focus on the abdominal muscles. Other exercises like pole dancing, spinning and weight lifting can also act as stimulants.

The point to note is that coregasms tend to have surprisingly positive effects when it comes to the big O, even when you’re indulging in the act with your partner. Perhaps that has a lot more to do with the exercise than the actual orgasm, considering exercise leads to better control, more stamina and resistance.

Whatever the case, curiosity plays a big role in our decisions, and if getting off with your partner or solo is what gets your booty to the gym, then to that we say, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with a little workout bump ‘n’ grind.
