The Jeweled Pomegranate 
In a blender, blitz:
  • 1/4 -1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1tsp honey
  • 11⁄2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup ice cold filtered water
  • 4 ice cubes
