Kaiser is creating a custom workout which includes high-intensity cardio dance routines and strength training, to make the most of Shakira’s flexibility and ability to adapt to any dance form. Her sessions begin with 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening, which after a few weeks are expanded to 60-minute workouts, twice a day. Shakira alternately resorts to paddleboard yoga, playing sports, kickboxing, hip hop or Pilates to keep things interesting.
Kaiser’s secret to success relies on steadily increasing the stamina and strength of her celebrity clients—Kelly Ripa, Shakira and Sarah Jessica Parker—in order to rev up their endurance.
