Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) taps into many physiological elements that contribute to weight loss:

- It controls one’s blood sugar levels. When your blood sugar is stable, it’s much easier to stick to your diet and eat only when your body needs it.

Now, if you want to add ACV to your diet, here’s what you must do:
Drink a mix of 1tsp ACV and 1 cup water once a day. Over time, increase the amount of vinegar per serving, and the frequency of drinking. Your ultimate goal should be to have a mix of 2tbsp vinegar in 1 cup water, three times a day.
To kick-start the metabolism and influence the feeling of fullness, it’s best to drink it about an hour before your meal. As an addition to your pre-meal serving, some also suggest drinking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
