1. The Cize Workout


The Cize Workout is one of those Tai-Bo/Zumba-type dance exercise experiences that claims to be “the end of the workout.” It blends contemporary music with rhythm-based fitness movements, with the ultimate goal of getting your heart rate up.

  • Train no more than three times a week.
