We’re bringing you some recipe inspiration to help you achieve this. Our simple Asian-inspired quick recipes that use the healthy staple of rice or rice noodles are a great way to combine diverse ingredients. Rice easily adds bulk and fiber (if you choose the brown or any other unpolished variety), not to mention, great taste as well. As a bonus, it’ll also keep you full for longer.

Here are the three delicious recipes, but feel free to experiment and make your own tweaks till you get something that you enjoy:

1. Pork With Cold Rice NoodlesThe goodness of high-protein pork works so well with these rice noodles. As a bonus, you can make this ahead and pop it into the fridge, and eat it either cold (which is delicious) or nuke it in the microwave before feasting on it.

2. Spicy Basil Stir-Fry With PorkAdding a little bit of bite can elevate it from a mundane meal to a tasty repast. Use this simple trick to boost flavor and use fresh basil to lend some surprising punch to the dish.

3. Coconut Chicken Noodle BowlFew things are more soothing than eating something hot and appetizing after a long day. This hits the spot with its vivid color and fragrant coconut milk base. As a bonus, it’s got chicken stock, which we all know is good for the soul.
