1. Raw Vegetables


Eating raw vegetables is the healthiest way to satisfy that typical crunch craving you desire so much. There is barely any preparation required and it is as simple as laying out some cut up carrots and celery to nosh on. Raw veggies are also great at alkalizing the body and providing the daily nutrients you need. If you really want that cracker feel, all you have to do is cut your veggies into circles and throw a nice spread on top. You can never go wrong with a classic Vegan Spinach Dip.

2. Kale Chips


There is a reason kale seems to be the new rage these days—it has endless health benefits and kale chips seem to provide all that nutrition while maintaining that crunchy snack feel. There are a variety of kale chips available in stores, but making them at home is probably your best option. Just take some olive oil and drizzle it on top, and bake the greens in the oven until you have crispy, healthy alternatives to chips. It’s that simple!

3. Baked Vegetables


So you’re not feeling raw veggies? No problem! Baking them only requires one step more and it will leave you just as satisfied. 4. Dehydrated Crackers
