Cinnamon & Oatmeal Porridge Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup leftover grain (for example brown rice)
  • A pinch or two cinnamon, to taste
  • 1/8 cup raisins
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (organic)
  • 1/8 cup toasted walnuts
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk

Directions

Cook leftover grain, cinnamon, raisin and maple syrup in an equal amount of water for 6-8 minutes or until soft and creamy, stirring occasionally.

Top with toasted walnuts and almond milk.
