host Anna Renderer — this healthy kale and pineapple smoothie is a nutritional powerhouse and one of her all-time favorite snacks. Here's how to whip up a batch of these smoothies yourself to enjoy pre- or post-workout (or hey, why not both?):
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple pieces
- 1/2 an avocado
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 3/4 cup of almond milk or coconut milk
Put it all together in your blender, blend well, and drink immediately for maximum smoothie freshness.
