on cooking lobster? Here's what she told our editors...
“When preparing lobster you can go traditional and fully cook it in its shell, but I love to flash steam the crustacean until the outer layer is just cooked enough to easily pull away from the shell. Once removed, you can treat it like raw seafood and sauté it in olive oil, make Carpaccio or toss with avocado for a fab cocktail!”

The Posh Pescatarian's Lobster Avocado Cocktail Recipe
- 1 steamed lobster, cut into chunks
- 1 avocado
- chopped fresh cilantro
- a pinch of sea salt
- red onion
- 1/2 a lime
- avocado oil
Don't miss these other delicious recipes, too:
- Add lobster meat into a large bowl. Mix in avocado, cilantro, sea salt, red onion, lime, and avocado oil.
- Give your ingredients a gentle toss with a wooden spoon.
- Serve and enjoy!
