It’s week three of #SmoothieSaturday, and so far it's been a delicious journey. If you think you’ve already sampled the very best in healthy smoothie concoctions, you haven’t tasted anything yet.
This week we tried out a recipe for a Zesty Breakfast smoothie from our friends at Handy & Homemade and let's just say the results were delicious. This smoothie isn't just tasty, it also packs a serious nutritional punch with just the right mix of ingredients, it's all Greek Yogurt, mango, ginger with bananas. Blend it up and you get a smoothie perfectly balanced to help you jumpstart your day.
Without further ado, we present the Z-Zesty Breakfast Smoothie.
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen pineapple
diced ½ cup frozen mango
1 banana, chopped
1 tsp grated ginger
