Yogic Diet: Tofu & Bean Sprouts Salad

A recipe to fulfil your vegan, vegetarian and/or low-fat diet, this simple bean sprout salad is naturally crunchy and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grated tofu
  • ½ cup bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup carrots, grated
  • 1tsp lime juice
  • 2tsp roasted peanuts or sesame seeds
  • 2tsp honey
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Toss all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
  2. Add crisp sesame seeds or coarsely ground roasted peanuts right before serving.
