Ginger Mango Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Silk Light Vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup carrot juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax, if desired

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
