Powerhouse Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 medium bananas, frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mesquite seed (also called mesquite flour or powder)
  • 2 cups sweetened vanilla hemp seed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons cacao nibs
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds

Directions

Blend everything but the chia seeds for 20 to 30 seconds.Add chia and blend again.
