Ingredients

  • 1 dash of turmeric or coriander
  • Carrots or cauliflower
  • Beets
  • Ghee

Directions

  1. Pureed carrots or cauliflower, beets, sautéed with ghee. Add a dash of turmeric or coriander for digestion.
  2. Prescribed for 1 week, twice daily to slowly bring up the fire in the stomach without inflaming too much and push vata down.
