Forget complicated pizza crust recipes, because this healthy grilled pizza is served on watermelon slices. Fruit pizzas are delicious and easy to make, and can work as an appetizer or even as a healthy lunch.

Here's what you'll need to make your own grilled pizza. Watch the video above for all the steps!

1 Watermelon Slice
1 oz. Prosciutto
1 oz. Goat Cheese
1/4 Cup Blueberries
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Coconut Oil Cooking Spray

We used a VitaMix blender and a cast iron reversible griddle to make this pizza.
