Healing-QA-Tips-For-Healing-Candidiasis_128950211

Q: My grandma (whom I live with) has Canadice and is always thinking I do to! When I was like five I was on a gluten free diet but I got off of it! My stomach always hurts and want to stop eating gluten, I just don’t know what is wrong and right to eat and do with the hard diet! I need some tips on what to do!
A: If you are referring to candidiasis, the specific nature of your symptoms are a strong indicator of what type of infection you have. If you suffer from issues related to Vata imbalances, such as insomnia, dry skin, gas, constipation, and a fluctuation in energy levels, then you will benefit from Vata-balancing herbs. The same is true if you suffer from Pitta-related issues (fever, hyperacidity, and burning sensations) and Kapha-related ones (phlegm and other forms of congestion, a sense of heaviness, and excessive amounts of sleeping). The most effective treatment in response to any of these imbalances will be to take a consistent herbal regimen as prescribed by a trained Ayurvedic practitioner. To learn more about Ayurvedic practitioners, you can go to the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine.

Without that sort of guidance, you will generally do well to avoid refined sugars, refined flour, sweet fruits like apples, pears, melons, and dark grapes, and cold drinks.
