• 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 head garlic, chopped
  • 10 slices fresh ginger
  • 2 cups dehydrated cane juice


  1. Layer ingredients in a Mason jar, repeatedly alternating ingredients and leaving as little space for air as possible. Seal lid, let stand ~4 hours.
  2. Straining is optional.

Dosage: 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon, as needed.
