The Moringa Oleifera root was first introduced to me several years ago during my quest to live more healthy. I was surprised to find out that this herb packed far more benefits then most of the supplements I was using combined.
For centuries indigenous people in northern India and parts of Africa have known the many benefits of Moringa Oleifera root, which comes from the Moringa tree. Often classified as a “miracle plant” due to its wide range of nutritional and medicinal properties, the Moringa leaves are usually infused in tea and are loaded with vitamins, minerals, and essential amino acids. The tea is used for preventive measures and many have used it to treat chronic illnesses and diseases.
Most food sources can’t compare to the higher levels of nutrients found in moringa oleifera. It is commonly consumed as tea, but you can also find this exceptional wonder in capsule, seeds, powder, and oil form.
