This homemade eucalyptus steam bath provides all-natural relief for congestion. Simply add a few drops of eucalyptus essential oil to a pot of boiling water. Take the pot off the heat and allow it to cool for a minute or two. Place a towel over your head and lean over the pot (be sure to maintain a safe distance). Close your eyes, and breathe in slowly for a few minutes. Do this 2-3 times a day, until you feel better.
