Valerian Root, Lemon Balm, Ginger & Linden Tea For Stressed-Out Skin

Stress takes a toll on our mental and physical well-being, and it’s often the culprit behind bad skin. To alleviate the break outs, redness and dryness that can result from stress, drink this herbal tea every day for five days and watch your skin clear up!


  • 1 cup of lemon balm leaves
  • 1 cup of linden leaves
  • 1/4 cup of valerian root, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon ginger root, crushed

Blend all ingredients and place in a glass jar with a tight lid. Pour 1 cup of boiling fresh water over 1 tablespoon of the herbal tea blend. Steep for 10 minutes. Strain before drinking. Drink tea before bedtime or any time you need to unwind. Store remaining dry tea in a cool, dry place.

Note: You can substitute chamomile flowers for linden leaves.
