Team USA’s Olympic Runners Have Crazy-Cute Pets

Recently, Runner's World did the world some good by going through all of the Olympic Athlete's Instagram accounts and digging up photos of USA runners with their adorable pets. Not only are the pics crazy cute, but they also offer a glimpse into the lives of these athletes beyond their Rio heroics.

Emma Coburn and Her Pup Arthur 

In May, Coburn set the American record in the 3,000m steeplechase, and now she is the first female from the United States to win an Olympic steeplechase medal. When she’s not making history, Coburn takes scenic walks with her pup in Boulder, Colorado. image @emmacoburn

Brianna Rollins and Her Pup Murphy


Brianna Rollins won the 100m hurdles at the Olympic trials, and has recorded some of the fastest runs in the history of the event. Set to make her Rio-debut this week, Rollins is likely to sprint right past the finish line and on home to her cuddle-buddy, Murphy. image @brirollin
