Fuel (Philadelphia, PA)


This place does it right. Not only is it in Philadelphia, one of the food capitals of America, but it serves some of the best dishes around—all for under 500 calories! Fuel uses only fresh, organic ingredients and can tailor any meal to be gluten-free if you ask. Make sure to go in and try their protein pancakes to get a jump start on the day.

R. Thomas Deluxe Grill (Atlanta, GA)


While the vibe in this joint may be slightly more “west-coast” than “southern,” the Atlanta-based healthy restaurant has been serving nutritious dishes for over 30 years. The meals are made with cold-pressed organic oils, herbs and spices directly from the family garden, as well as delicious, locally sourced, fresh meat. R.
