So, when she was chosen to show-off her in-flight lifestyle by Emirates, we couldn’t help but envision what dream destination she'd be hitting up next.

"If I walk onto an airplane, I always have to go on with my right foot first and tap the outside of the plane. I have always done it. For luck. Someone told me to do it, and I don’t remember when that was. But it’s kind of stuck,” she admitted to Yahoo.

While Traveling, Stay Hydrated
The last thing you want to deal with when vacationing and traveling are headaches, fatigue, chapped lips and weakness.
Worse, oh those in-flight hangovers
; they can really put a dampener on things when you land so drink a glass of water for every glass of alcohol. Jennifer makes it a point to rehydrate, especially when flying. “Water, water, water, on an airplane. If there is a drink happening, it’s usually a Bloody Mary
, which I don’t ever order [except] when I’m on an airplane."
Also, she usually brings her own lunch of a packed salad on board, just in case they don’t have something she wants.
Let Loose, But Don’t Go Overboard
When you’re on vacation, it is important to live a little, enjoy your surroundings and try new things. But when you have the tendency of to gain little bit of weight, and fast, you need to pay attention to what you eat. As Aniston revealed in an interview with E!
, “I have no problem treating myself to some indulgent foods but I usually don't go overboard with it in a way that I have to double up the fitness.”
On a Sunday morning the actress resorts to a protein-packed breakfast
to kickstart her day. "You’ll find me having eggs and a bagel and reading the paper. I start with the front page, then the travel section, arts and leisure or the calendar. How I take my eggs depends on my mood. But I always throw a yolk in there—the yolk’s got a bad rap unnecessarily," she told Self.com

Stay Active When You Travel
While on vacation, definitely get that much-needed R&R, but remember that being active for about 30 minutes every day will help keep your energy levels up and also, give you some reprieve from the jet-lag
Aniston says, “When you land after a long, long flight, go hit the gym and do a 30-minute run. It has worked for me—when I’ve actually had the energy to go and do it!”
She’s even admitted to hauling her Mandy Ingber workout DVD
and resistance bands when she travels. "If yoga didn’t exist, I’d invent it." Crediting exercise and meditation with being her ultimate stress relievers, this is one traveler who puts things into perspective and we're loving every bit of what we're seeing.
