Starvation Diet?: While it is commendable that the mother of three still looks stunning in a bikini, the problem we have with Kourtney's diet is that it involves eating little to no food. She has a protein shake for breakfast, protein-rich salad for lunch, and a freshly-blended soup for dinner. Her healthy snack option is cutting up celery sticks to dip into some hummus, and of course, cups and cups full of green tea.

Every now and again, the Kardashian sisters are in the news for their extravagant beauty trysts and intense training sessions. While we had Khloe Kardashian remind us that fitness is not a destination, but a way of life, we also made note of Kim’s bootcamp workout to remain, well, bootylicious.

Completing the trio is Kourtney Kardashian, who Instagrammed a picture of her post-baby figure in a string bikini, on a warm, sunny day. The petite celebrity is back to her 120lb pre-pregnancy weight, and sounds more than relieved as she exclaims, “First day that I have seen this number in a while.” It is quite impressive indeed, considering she had her third baby just this last December.

While all the three sisters are fitness enthusiasts, Kourtney prefers alternative fitness routines, such as walking or  sweating it out with a 90-minute dance workout. Losing pregnancy weight three times is no joke and this Kardashian continues to be a great inspiration for new moms. Her workout session with trainer Tracy Anderson begins at 7 in the morning, when her babies are asleep. This cuts out any mom guilt.

She believes in a high-protein diet, but isn’t a fan of calorie counting. Besides, the key to a healthy weight-loss diet is eating in moderation.
