Celebrity transformations are amazing to watch. They not only inspire you to be better, but there’s a certain intrigue attached to it. Take Khloe Kardashian for example. She lost close to 25lb in 20 days, and her fitness journey has only just begun.

Now, Grammy winner Sam Smith has followed suit, dropping the weight at an unbelievable pace—14lb in 14 days!

Smith took to Instagram to make a very public declaration of his progress, and appreciation of UK-based nutritionist Amelia Freer. In an update, the singer stated, “Three weeks ago I met a woman who has completely changed my life. Amelia Freer has helped me lose over a stone in 2 weeks and has completely transformed my relationship with food. Everyone go check out her incredible book, and start to live healthy. It’s not even about weight loss, it’s about feeling happy in yourself. Love you Amelia & thank you for making me feel so happy, inside and out.”

But, is it healthy or practical to lose that much that quickly? That’s a completely different argument all together. However, the singer has never looked as fit as he does right now, and he owes his radical transformation to the nutritionist.
