- 1/3 cup toasted pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Directions
