- 2 cups brown rice
- 3 3/4 cups water
- 2 pinches sea salt
- Rinse rice well with cold water.
- Bring rice and water to a boil. Add two pinches of sea salt.
- Cover, lower flame and allow to simmer for 40-45 minutes.
- Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork and serve.
