Ingredients
- 3 grams bearberry leaves (available in natural products stores and online)
- 3 grams dried yarrow
- 1 stick cinnamon bark, or 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- pot of boiling water
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, then steep in water. Drink 2 to 5 cups per day for 10 days, then 1 or 2 cups per day for 7 to 10 days after symptoms have cleared.
