Blueberry Breakfast Protein Smoothie

    Ingredients:

    1 1/2 cups Cashew Milk
    1/2 cup ice
    3/4 cups organic frozen blueberries
    1 scoop hemp protein powder
    1 dropper vanilla stevia liquid
    1 dropper milk chocolate stevia liquid
    1 tablespoon light agave nectar
    1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs (available in natural foods stores and online)
    1 tablespoon goji berries (available at natural foods and Asian grocery stores)
    2 teaspoons maca (available at natural foods stores and online)
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup baked yam with skin
    3/4 cup fresh organic baby spinach
    1 rounded tablespoon hemp seeds
    1 rounded tablespoon ground golden flax

    Directions:

    Add all ingredients except spinach, hemp and flax to blender or Vita-Mix. Start to blend on low, increase speed until mixture is smooth. Add spinach leaves and blend on low until all the leaves disappear.

    Pour into a 16-ounce glass. Top with hemp seeds and flax, and eat your smoothie with a spoon.
