- 3/4 cup leftover grain (for example brown rice)
- A pinch or two cinnamon, to taste
- 1/8 cup raisins
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (organic)
- 1/8 cup toasted walnuts
- 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
Cook leftover grain, cinnamon, raisin and maple syrup in an equal amount of water for 6-8 minutes or until soft and creamy, stirring occasionally.
Top with toasted walnuts and almond milk.
