Chamomile & Catmint Tea



    • 1/2 ounce German or Roman chamomile
    • 1/2 ounce catmint or catnip
    • 16 ounces boiling water

    Combine herbs. Cover with boiling water and steep, covered, for 10 minutes.

    Dosage: 20 drops to 1 tablespoon of water, every few minutes until the baby is calm. Maximum dosage: 3 ounces, 3 times daily.
