- 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1/2 package mesclun greens
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon raspberry jam
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Heat wraps in a frying pan.
- Whisk together olive oil, jam and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss chicken and mesclun greens in dressing. Place on wrap and roll up.
