Chicken Wraps With Raspberry Dressing



    • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced into strips
    • 1/2 package mesclun greens
    • 4 whole wheat wraps
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon raspberry jam
    • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
    • Sea salt
    • Freshly ground black pepper


    1. Heat wraps in a frying pan.
    2. Whisk together olive oil, jam and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Toss chicken and mesclun greens in dressing. Place on wrap and roll up.
