    Dandelion: This tiny garden weed is nature’s best diuretic. All parts of the dandelion plant exhibit strong kidney-cleansing properties and aid in clearing water retention and promotes urination.

    Ingredients

    • 2 ounces dried dandelion root
    • 1 ounce dried dandelion leaf
    • 1 pint hot water

    Directions
    Add herbs and water to a teapot. Let steep 10 to 20 minutes.

    Dosage: 10 ounces, hot or cold, 6 days per week.
