Easy Roasted Carrots




    1. Preheat oven to 400.
    2. Place the carrots in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season with sea salt, black pepper and rosemary.
    3. Cover pan with foil and cook 30 minutes.
    4. Uncover, turn with tongs and cook additional 15-20 minutes or until soft.
