Fever Reducing Catnip Tea

    Ingredients

    • 1 ounce lemon balm
    • 1 ounce catnip
    • 1 pint boiling water

    Directions
    Combine herbs, mixing well. Steep 1 ounce in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Store remaining mixture in a clear-glass jar.

    Dosage: For a child, 1 teaspoon every 15 minutes, up to 3 ounces per hour. For an adult, 1 cup every 1 to 2 hours.
