- 16 ounces dark chocolate (can substitute sweet or semi-sweet chocolate)
- 1 1/2 cups light cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas
- Dried apricots
- Break chocolate into small pieces and place in double boiler.
- Add cream and stir gently but constantly until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Use a fork to spear the fruit, then dip in the chocolate.
