Fresh Fruit Fondue With Dark Chocolate



    • 16 ounces dark chocolate (can substitute sweet or semi-sweet chocolate)
    • 1 1/2 cups light cream
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 ripe bananas
    • Strawberries
    • Dried apricots


    1. Break chocolate into small pieces and place in double boiler.
    2. Add cream and stir gently but constantly until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
    3. Use a fork to spear the fruit, then dip in the chocolate.
