Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Silk Light Vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mango
- 1/4 cup carrot juice
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 Tbsp ground flax, if desired
