Gluten-Free Kelp Noodles With Grilled Shrimp

    Ingredients
    Marinade/Dressing:

    • 2 limes, juiced
    • 1/4 cup sesame seed oil
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/2 teaspoon hot chili sauce
    • 1 teaspoon tamari

    Salad:

    • 1 package (12-ounce) kelp noodles
    • 1/2 cup cubed mango
    • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
    • 1 avocado, cubed
    • 1/4 cup red pepper, diced

    Directions
    To Make the Marinade/Dressing:
    Whisk all ingredients together. Reserve half for the salad and toss shrimp in the remaining marinade.

    To Make the Shrimp:
    Grill shrimp in a grill pan over medium-high heat or on an outdoor grill.
