Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 cup rolled oats or quinoa flakes
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup date paste (or other dried fruit paste)
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 3/4 cup mixed chopped dried fruit (raisins, dried cherries, dried apricots, or any combination thereof)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Line a 9 x 5-inch bread pan with parchment paper.
- Heat almond butter and banana and dried fruit on stove.
- Fold into banana mixture and press batter into prepared pan.
- Bake until set and lightly browned, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes before cutting into bars, then cool completely before serving.
