- 3 packed cups kale leaves (strip the leaves from the stems and wash before measuring)
- 1 packed cup baby spinach
- 1 small mango
- 1/2 small banana
- Fresh raspberries
- Hemp seeds
- Put kale, spinach, mango and banana in a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth, using the plunger if necessary.
- Spoon the pudding into 4 serving bowls. Top with raspberries and a sprinkling of hemp seeds.
