Green Pudding



    • 3 packed cups kale leaves (strip the leaves from the stems and wash before measuring)
    • 1 packed cup baby spinach
    • 1 small mango
    • 1/2 small banana
    • Fresh raspberries
    • Hemp seeds


    1. Put kale, spinach, mango and banana in a high-speed blender.
    2. Blend until smooth, using the plunger if necessary.
    3. Spoon the pudding into 4 serving bowls. Top with raspberries and a sprinkling of hemp seeds.
