- 4 large avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup kefir
- 1/4 cup fresh minced onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 ripe tomato
- Mash avocados in a large bowl. Stir in kefir. Then add onions, garlic, cilantro, salt and chili powder. Stir in tomatoes.
- Serve at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator until serving time.
- Adjust seasonings before serving, if desired.
- Serve with pita chips, raw veggies or tortilla chips.
