Honey & Berries Smoothie Recipe

    This naturally sweet smoothie is packed with fresh summer flavor, healthy natural sugar and vitamins that will keep your energy up and your spirits high. Enjoy it as a breakfast smoothie or even as an after-dinner dessert.


    • 1 cup frozen strawberries
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
    • 1/2 cup grape juice
    • 1/4 cup yogurt
      5 tablespoons honey

    Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add grape juice as necessary to create the desired texture.

    Serves 3-4.

    Note: Substitute orange or apple juice for grape juice if desired.
