Immune Health Tea

    Ingredients:

    • 1 ounce Chinese ginseng (a.k.a. Panax ginseng; available in natural products stores and online)
    • 1 ounce American ginseng (Panax Quinquefolium; available in natural products stores and online)
    • 1 ounce astragalus (available in natural products stores and online)
    • 1 ounce reishi mushroom (available in natural products stores and online)
    • 10 cups water
    • 3 to 5 slices of ginger (optional, for taste)
    • pinch of stevia (optional, for taste)

    Directions:
    Combine ginsengs, astragalus and reishi in a large pot of water. Simmer, covered, for 45 minutes. Add ginger and/or stevia.

    Dosage: 3 ounces of tea, 3 times daily.
