    Ingredients

    • 1 head garlic, roasted
    • 12 ounces vacuum-packed silken tofu
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    • 1 tablespoon yellow miso
    • 2 teaspoons tamari
    • 1 scallion, finely diced
    • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
    • 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
    • salt and pepper, to taste

    Directions

    • Place garlic, tofu, lime juice, miso and tamari in a food processor, blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
