Ovarian Herb Tea


    • 1 ounce pasque flower
    • 1 ounce white peony root
    • 1 ounce cramp bark
    • 1 ounce lady’s mantle
    • 4 ounces rooibos
    • boiling water

    Combine dried herbs. Place 1 teaspoon in a tea bag. Let steep in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 to 15 minutes.
