Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 medium bananas, frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mesquite seed (also called mesquite flour or powder)
- 2 cups sweetened vanilla hemp seed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons cacao nibs
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoons chia seeds
Directions:
Blend everything but the chia seeds for 20 to 30 seconds. Add chia and blend again.
